This was an unauthorized withdrawal from my DEBIT card. Upon checking the phone number I saw were several people have had the same complaint. The company provides information on investments and is Called Franklin Prosperity Report. I did authorize them to withdraw $4.95 several weeks ago for a book they provided on tax savings....using my debit card number, but this new one was totally unauthorized......
