This is a shoe store site for speciality adidas and supra shoes. I purchased a pair of Supra Owen "fast" red and white size 11US. It took about a month for the shoes to show up (first red flag). When i opened the package the box looked like someone had taken a baseball bat to it - completely beat up and destroyed. When i opened the box i found a pair of shoes in a plastic bag, nothing else. I tried the shoes on and they didnt even come close to fitting - my usual size is 10.5 US so i figured with an 11US i would have a little more room - not true, i could barely get the shoe on. So when i emailed the site about the sizing issue and getting another pair their reply informed me that 'it would be too expensive to send them back, so i should sell them to a friend, and that i would get a 20% discount on my next purchase, apologies, etc.' On further inspection of the shoes i noticed that the Supra tag on the tongue was already coming off - the stitching was already unravelling and i hadnt even worn the shoes yet. I knew at this point that i was definitely sent fakes. I informed the company that i wanted a refund, and that i was really upset at being scammed. They told me that they had spent alot of money on shipping, and offered me 15 british pounds. I again told them i wanted a full refund, and am currently waiting for a reply. This company is definitely a sham, and it should be shouted to the hills so no one else gets ripped off
