On the 18/02/2013 I completed a questionare and agreed to buy a tub of face cream for £4.95 post and packaging included.On checking my bank this evening I have found that this company has taken £97.82 from my bank account with out my authority.I have no adress or contact number for this company on the delivery parcel to contact this company to contest this illegal with drawal of money with out my permission.What can I do about this.??
