I was asked to complete a survey to receive a free gift from a trust website. I paid $4.99 for the shipping and ordering last month. I found out there were a charge of $148.82 on my visa card today. I called TD Visa last night. It seem that they are not helpful even I did not authorize this transaction and tried to dispute this transaction. Website did not exist.
