This is a scam and it is terrible to prey on innocent people. Especially in the economic crisis this country is in. not only did I send my 20.00 but the expectation of and excitement of such a letter is damaging to anyones well being. sorry that i fell into this as a succer but I did and they should pay as well as go to jail

You don't explain anything. What happened? And you know, all you had to do is use google and search for "Morgan, Phelps & Stern" before you paid and you would have seen hundreds of complaints. Always do your research before giving anyone money. Also get informed on all the scams going on. A simple google search is all that is needed.

- ANY entity or person asking you to send money first in order to receive money is a scam. ANY person or company sending you a check then asking you to deposit it and wire money is also a scam. Plain and simple. Don't you watch the news? Now you know. You're lucky it was only $20.
