I had a voucher to redeem a massage from 'Get my Perks' with this lousy business. She mentioned when I called to reschedule an appointment that had nothing to do with the voucher, how much her therapists loose. It's really no wonder. Ghetto therapy! I had received a call from a therapist I thought would be good for me, Amy Warcup who was returning my message I had left. I was in the car and I couldn't write down the appointment date. She said that's okay I'll call the day before just in case. I never got a call and I had written the date down wrong. I called on the day I thought I had the appointment to reschedule only to find out that Tracy McIntyre, "THE FAB-ONE AND ONLY", OWNER, happens to have none of the 'peaceful' elements about her like her website portrays. She wasn't going to let me use my voucher, was rude and then finally said "well since it was a mis-communication I'll do it. She went on about her therapist losing money. Because Amy never gave a 'day before call' or told me about the 24 hour policy she 'let' me reschedule for my voucher. I got called into work, I called 28 hours before only to get Princess Tracy again. Here is what she said: "Rachel? Really Rachel! Again? No Way," Scoff scoff, "You really want to reschedule AGAIN, REALLY?!, No way," SCOFF SCOFF " I'm going to put my foot down on this one, I ALREADY DID TWICE!, No. I just cant my therapists already lose too much money, Sorry. Have a good day!" CHH, scoff!" There was never a twice. I missed the first appointment that was going to be money out of my own pocket! I never got a reminder call the day before, my mistake because I was driving when they called, sorry, I had apologized. Then I attempted to follow the rule of 24 hours and got treated like a dumb girl who doesn't understand how MISERABLE, DEPRESSED, ANGRY and MEAN Tracy McIntyre really is. This woman needs to make a psych appointment. Too bad she doesn't know, I know a lot of people in this town and in her line of work! Talk about losing money! LOUSY OWNER!
