I tired to order two pairs of shoes from the website earlier this week, the first time it would not accept my mastercard and the second time I used my dad's card and it told me that I need to repeat my payment. This part popped up on www.billingcheckout.com that tells me website not found. The website I found these TOMS on was http://www.tomsoutletshoesale.com/site_map.html. I have tired to contact them several times with no success which is what leads me to believe this is a SCAM.
