I went in to purchase a new car. I worked with the salesman named Lucky and finance manager named Michael. I was told i was buying a certified pre-owned. Negotiations were typical until i got to the finance manager. He told me because of my credit rating, VW rating is the lowest rate offered by two percent. That was a lie. He said to make it much better, if i bought the extended warranty He would talk a percent off. This was still not as low as another offer I received. Of course I was not made aware of this until after purchase. I called and asked to talk to him and was told - I sell tons of cars a week, you can't expect me to remember you.
