I pay them 995.00 for a refundable hard money loan application fee. I was approved and ready to close. When it was time to close, they stop answering phone call from my Realtor and my lawyer. Stay away from these people. They are ripping people off. Kim is the only person that answers the phone so that's a tell tell right their.
