I purchased a pair of reading glasses from this company using paypal in the amount of $19.94 on 02/28/13. Upon receiving the glasses 03/06/13 I attempted to clean the lenses after I took them out of the box because there was a streaky film on both of the lenses. I used a bosche and lomb solution designed especially for optic lenses and after doing so I noticed some considerable spider cracking near the nose part of the frame on one of the lenses. I attempted to use their online form for a refund but it kept on telling me that I was giving them an invalid email address when in fact it was the same one that they used to confirm my initial order. I attempted this several times to make sure that I was not in error. No luck there so I contacted the company directly using regular email over 4 days ago and I have heard nothing back from them. I would like to return the glasses for a full refund and I would like for them to pay for the return shipping as they promised they would on their website. All talk and no walk with this company.
