On January 9, 2013 I purchased a car from this dealership in which it didnt run the way it was advertised. The dealership promised to fix it and gave me a loaner car to drive until this issue could be resolved. At the time that payment was received from me to the dealership for the full payment of said car, I was not in posession of any proof of sale or ownership, yet was promised I would receive the title as soon as hte car was fixed. The longest stretch of time that said car was in my possession was 8 days out of almost 60 days since purchase of said vehicle. The said car went back and forth several times between 2 different mechanics. Each time adding on additional mechanical issues with said car. The dealership kept promising me they would have the car worked on until it was fixed right. Now, 2 months later after putting additional moneys out of my own pocket on additional parts and labor to help the process go faster, driving several different loaner cars back and forth to the dealership to trade out as the dealership needed them returned... I have no title, no car, no refund, (leaving me out $3340.00)the dealership, finance manager has slandered my name and my character, not only to me but to other people in a public place, and then called the police to say I stole a vehicle (a loaner)that he, himself put temporary tags on, in order for me to drive the car legally, and handed me the keys to. He did not call me to tell me to return it. He did not fix my car, he did not even give me my car, he did not offer me a refund, yet he demanded more money after the final of the sale and then humiliated me by calling the police to give a false report. What do I do now that he wants the loaner back, has my full payment for the car, MY CAR,(which now is taken apart at a mechanics shop, and undriveable)the title to said car. Am I just to be out all the way around? I was completely wronged with no recourse.
