I ordered a control board for my trolling motor from them. When it arrived, the board I ordered was changed to a board that the company said was updated for my motor. The board received was nowhere close to the board that I needed. Dealin g with their customer service, I was told that they can't recommend another board nor can they assist me any longer. When asked if I could return the board they had sent, they stated that their policy doesn't allow for returns.
