received call in late feb. that and said renter had been found and closing wood be 3/12/13. closing package would be mailed to me in a day or so with closing instruction and where procedes should be sent. they need a wire transfer for 3649.33 to show good faith to the renter.lady call and said transfer had gone to wrong account and wanted me to resend. at that time I said no and she said she would call back 3/4/13. no call received.$745.00 was also put on cr card 10/11/12 for activation fee.
