I ordered crocheted baby items from Rebecca Villard in June 2012 and out of about 15 items I ordered from her, I received one item and it was 3 weeks late. I realize now (almost 10 months later) that I am lucky to have even received the one item. She has not filled my order and I have been asking her for a refund for over 5 months. She offered me a double credit on merchandise in leu of a refund so I accepted her offer (giving her the benefit of the doubt) that was 3 months ago and she keeps coming up with excuse after excuse why she cannot fill my order. I am now demanding a refund from her and she is giving me excuses about that as well. She told me I would 100% have my refund by "Friday". Friday came and went and no refund. I have several friends in my community that have also had the same experience with Rebecca. When I first ordered from her back in June 2012, she posted on her Facebook wall that her grandmother was sick so she is backed up on orders. I was one of the people that stood by her and told her that I could wait a little longer for my order. Then excuse after excuse came. I can't believe someone would use their "sick grandmother" to scam people. I have her phone number. I am looking for her address. I would like to peruse a small claims case against her.
