I ordered a 16 GB Galaxy Note 10.1 Deep Gray from the website and sent the money via Western Union. After I had asked when my order would be shipped, they told me it would ship in 4-7 days to Mexico where I currently reside. It's been almost a month and have received nothing, I cannot log into the company's chat anymore, the phone number given doesn't work and they don't return any emails I send them.
