We would like a refund due to your company's inability to fix our computer. The following problems were not resolved: starting several months ago we presented the following problems. We stated that we were unable to download windows updates. Error code 80070426 and code 9C47. We were never able to download after contacting you three times.
Also, we could not update our Internet Explorer 7. Websites such as Facebook said our Explorer needed update and therefore could not get certain information. We asked that our technician update our Internet Explorer. He did not and left all the same problems. We found that our computer was freezing up and we couldn't use it. Also on our ticket it states that our service was from 04/9/2012 to 04/2/2014, Your company lost our records and we paid twice so the service states that we were still good. Yet, our security system was disabled and we were unprotected. Because of this the new technician found many viruses and trojans
It all seems dubious that your technician misspelled his profession. We also e-mailed you with these concerns and no response. The e-mail was from the information on the ticket. So maybe you didn't get it. Because you were unble to perform these services and we had to get a new service we respectfully ask for a refund. We feel this is more than reasonable because of the vast inconvenience.
