This is a collection agency that has obtained the personal information of my wife and myself. They call each of our cell phones daily and claim that they have a document my wife signed that agrees to pay $0.65 on the dollar for a lawsuit judgement of $70,000 that does not exist.
We did a Google search on their 886-558-3328 x2206 phone number. There, we discovered that many others are getting called with the same scam.
The damages I listed are based on our current legal expenses to try and stop the daily phone calls.
