person had been talking to me for about a month now was supposed to meet this person on the 11th of february 2012 a couple days before she had told me that her saughter who resides in nigeria with her aunt, had been rushed to the hospital from pain in the stomach. After xrays the drs found a tumor in her stomach that had been there for some time but now was festering and causing promlems.
she had told me that the child needed surgery and the drs there would not do the surgery unless the had the complete fee. she had send to her aunt 1850 but needed 900 to complete the fee. The money was sent but then because the surgery was not done straight away now there were stimulants and drugs that needed to be given but paid for before they would be given. the low low cost of 550.
there was money sent to assist with this also and then of course now the child complains o pain and is taken back to the hospital where more xrays show that the surgeon mistakenly left a knife in the stomach. this requires surgery again and the dr say that they (the family) will have to pay for this as well. 1200 is the cost.
the child has the surgery and comes home within a day where as before she was in the hospital for 2 weeks.
now "chelci" is ready to come home e to the states but needs a plane ticket. 2000 was sent.
she insisted that the money be sent to her because buying the ticket there would be cheaper then through an agency. she bought the ticket for 1700 and went to the airport and purchased the ticket. "chelci" was supposed to fly out last night and arrive in the states today, however i received an email this morning of how she tried to board the plane and was told that she needed to pay yet another fee before she could get on the plane. this fee is called a BTA which stands for basic travel allowance. The only time this fee is required is iff you are a citizen of that country. the reason....
that government does not want you to get stranded somewhere and then call them for help.
but she says they will not let her on the plane without paying the fee of 1100.
i contacted the us embassy in nigeria, explained what was going on. They sent her an email asking for passport info to help her and she did not respond to them.
they advised me that the person was more then likely someone who is doing a scam.
i have all receipts of loans and western union transfers. the moey was sent to

On March 29th I received an email from Melissa Atikson saying that Chelci was in a car accident as she was coming back from the US Embassy.

She told me that the driver was now dead and that Chelci is rushed to the er where they tell her she needs surgery and that the surgery is $1200.00

I had been telling Chelci all along that if she is an american citizen then the embassy would help her. She always told me that they would not help... so I was surprised when she went.

I emailed Melissa back and told her that I was sure sorry about her misfortune and that I wanted a picture of Chelci in the hospital. I was told that would not be possible as the camera was broke. I then said no money would be sent without proof.

Melissa had even emailed back and told me that I was rude and could not figure out why Chelci loved me. Her exact email said...".i thought she said you make her happy but so far i know of you,you are rude and not loving like she told me"

One of Melissa's emails were signed as Chelci. When I pointed this out she said.... didn't Chelci tell you my full name. Its Melissa Chelci Atikson, this is not the name I was told previously.

Chelci had been telling me, that all airlines require a BTA, so imagine my surprise when she told me on March 8th that she had talked to an agent who could get her on a BA flight that would not require a BTA.

She said she would cash in her 1700 ticket and only get 1500 for it but that this ticket would cost 1900 dollars and she needed 400 dollars more.

I said that she could fly to Ohio on that same airline for 1001.96 and she would have money in her pocket. She was not happy with this solution stating she was not going to Ohio without seeing me.

I advised her that the cheaper way was the way to go. She claims she has a check from her work there, so I told her go there get your check and get things in order then come.
Chelci would not listen to this and refused to do this.

Chelci insists that the plan is for us to be together so I needed to send her the 400 dollars.
I said I am not sending money so you have to come up with it.

She says there is little to no food in the house, and could I send some money to replenish the food for the kids. I told her that I am sorry they have little to no food but I will not send money for that either.

...about the accident i cant remember all that happened and all i can remember is that we were going good and a car came out from the other side of the road and my driver was trying to swerve and he got it wrong

i was unconscious and i had bruises and a rib injury....the surgery was done for three hours....and not they told i cant take any starchy foods and we don't even have much food in the house now....

they can not do anything for you you just heal by time. so for a three hour surgery a rib injury and bruises....nah it doesnt add up

fortunately and amazingly, they found money for the surgery. and for such an intensive surgery she was out of the hospital in 2 days.

- Chrys......She tried the same scam with me...wanting me to send $1200.00 to Melissa Atikson. Although I didn't send any money....I stopped all contact with the individual calling herself Chelci Madison. If you need help catching these individuals let me know....would like to talk to you more about the above incident......Did you get flowers too?

Jody..... i did not receive flowers. I would love to tell you everything that has happened between us and what is currently happening still. i do need help with this and you are the only one who has said anything to me about it. so, lets talk. how do i get a hold of you. i am ready to know and learn more about this. in the meantime please go to my youtube page and see if this is the same person... i have pictures of her. chrys phillips is the page.
