i bought a recliner last july from lazy boy in jensen beach. at the time i also purchased a five year fabric protection plan. this past february my wife dropped the head off a cigarette and burnt a small hole in the right arm rest. i called lazy boy and explained what happened and was told to contact guardsman. we called the next day and was told that we needed to fill out a form that would be mail to us. we filled the form out and mailed it out only to get a reply a week later denying our claim. the explanation from guardsman was the reporting timeframe had expired. when i called guardian i talked to a lady named angie who told me the repair would not be made, the money would not be refunded and "do not put in another claim". i called the manager at lazy boy in jensen beach (mike) who said he would try to resolve the problem but there wasn't much he could do. i have come to a dead end and i'm trying to find a way i could resolve this problem. thanks for any help
