I purchased a gift for a friend from this site. They took my money, but never sent an order update or the product. I am going to my bank now to issue a chargeback to get my money back. I have tried email and phone to reach them for a status update, but this company does not return calls or emails. So, I found a number that lets you leave a voice mail from my bank statement- 866-948-5550.
