I ordered a subscription to Rod & Custom for my dad for Christmas in November 2012. It is now March and he is still to receive 1 magazine. I was charged for a 12 month subscription. I have called the company for months, leaving messages. Not one has been returned. Is there a way to get any money back from these people... Or better, the actual magazine subscription as my dad loves this magazine?
