I was contacted by Dynamic Loans, as i had filled in my pplication online to pply for a loan with them. We had came to a monthly payment agreement of which i had to pay the first months fee of £61 upfront to proove i could fford the repayments. Once paid they said that i would need to pay a fee for tax of £95.00 which i was curious about doing? I did and i then received a phone call to say tht the money would be in my account within 15 minutes. I then had another phone call 20 mins later to say tht the money bounced back so i would need to pay them another £105 upfront then they would gin transfer the money into my account. I didnt pay as i had already made two payments to them total of £156.00 i am a single full-time mother of two and they hve scammed me. They were sking to only be paid by direct deposit via cash into the bank OR online banking trnsfer. The bank have no way of getting this money back due to the way it has been paid. This is not covered by visa the only possible thing i can now do which i have been advised to do is to contact the police on 101 by telephone and report them for fraud and also trading standards. Whether i will be refunded i dont hold my breath as Dynamic loans had said i would need to pay a further £70 for a refund. They are very convincing. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY MONEY. Any loan company can except visa payments and not all ask for money up-front.
