My daughter had order some Men Supra Skytop Gray shoes and Hightop red Deathwish shoes for her brother brithday. She had receive an email from realypay.com saying her payment was sucessful of $194.95 and that she will recieve her product within 3 to 10 working days. It is now 05/03/2013 and still nothing. she had used my card to pay for the shoes as she did deposit the money into my account to pay for them. But when I check my bank statement $202.30 had been withdrawn plus currency fee $5.06. My daughter was so upset as she work hard to save to buy her brother some shoes. So I decided to contact them through [email protected]. I had sent numberous emails and nothing. Are you able to help, would very much like a refund. Concern mum from New Zealand
