I responded to Legacy HOlding Group for them to take care of a Home Remodification loan from my lender Chase Mortgages..They wanted 2800.00 with half upfront and the remainding balance over the next 2months. all their paperwork looked legit and everytime i called someone pick up the phone and gave me informatoin. I received the following emails from various individuals (My Name is Maria Nieto and i'm on the support team here at Legacy Holding Group. I'm writing you today to touch base with you and to let you know we are still working on your modification, we have been in contact with your lender and the communication has been good.
I contacted Chase 9/19/2011 and was told by their home remodification dept they have not heard from Legacy HOlding Group and they don't have the 9page modification application. this was sent to Legacy HOlding Group like 3/16/2011. Chase also informed me that Legacy HOlding Group contacted them on 8/30/2011 asking if there is a active modification on my loan.
i realized this was a scam and i have been taken advantage of. these individuals are heartless, for them to take advantage of the housing market with florclosures and familyies trying to keep their home and scamming them out of thousands of dollars is unconisable..i will join you in your suit to reclaim all of my money..
