Dear James,
cleverbridge is the e-commerce partner for a variety of online businesses and therefore our name appears on credit card statements in place of the company from whom you purchased the product. We do not make the software nor do we advertise. As for the cancellation, the only thing to cancel would be the subscription, which means you would not be charged again in a year. Plenty of customers decide to cancel the subscription service, but continue to use the software for the duration of the year. In order to obtain a refund, you would have had to contact us or Systweak so we could assist you.
Please note that without more significant information we cannot locate your order. At this point we kindly ask that you contact us in order for us to locate any orders in our system and assist you with your inquiry.

Initially you cancelled the subscription of the product, which was done on the same day. Cancelling of Subscription only means cancellation of automatic renewal. It does not entitles for the refund.
We have issued refund to you and the amount was credited to your account on 23-9-2011 check your account and credit card statement for the same.
