I paid $575.00 to rep of "MCSD" on December 10, 2012 to fill out court documents and file them with Sacramento Superior court. After I paid the fee, I never got any correspondence from them regarding updates, to give them more information so they could serve the other party, nothing. 28 days later (1/7/13) I went to check the progress and they could not produce anything after a whole month. I asked for a refund and he said he would talk to his accountant about a refund and told me to return later. When I returned at the time he appointed to meet him, he was gone and his underling attempted to give me faulty documents in lieu of the refund he and I agreed on. I left a message for him to call me back and to date he hasn't. I left the faulty documents in his office. All I have is a receipt for my $575.00, no service at all. Nothing has been filed with the court, because it couldn't be due to "MCSD" failing to get the information about serving the other party from me.
