I just want you to know I am a victim and fraud from well Fargo Mortgage
In 1994 I purchased my home for 88000with Metropolitan Mortgage they sold the loan to Barnett Bank this Barnet Bank sold it to world savings Bank this Bank sold it to Wachovia Bank sold it Well Fargo. Unfortunate the loan was a pick payment interested rate loan only nothing ever applied to the principal ,because I never understood the consequence , I refinance one time and took 36000 to pay my students loan .well Fargo refused to modify the loan . it became a monster I was told I owed $ 246000 the house went in foreclosure ,and the evicted me from my home in end of January this year , he sold the loan to another financial institution for $ 112600. I believe it wrong , unjust ,why they not allow me to keep my home took it from and sold it to someone else cheaper , even God in Heaven will Justify the fraud ,
I am working I am capable to pay the loan at the price they sole it to someone else . Please Sir. Do something to help me back in my home
