Purchased 2 laptop batteries for 2 different computers charged them not 12 but 20 hours. Charge depleted after 20-30min on each. RMA -cost me $22 to return. They stated that there was a compatibility issue & only refunded a partial amount stating that they will not refund their initial shipping cost. So they keep the batteries & a portion of my money. They then re-stock the batteries, send the same 2 to someone else, SCAMMING them out of $20. 1000 people@$20 each = not a bad SCAM. I now see that they have an 'F' rating from BBB.
