I received a letter with a check attached for $1922.75 advising that I had been chosen (ha!) to be a Mystery Shopper. Just today I took the check to the bank. The woman at the bank asked me if I had verified that the check was valid. I had called Bank of America and verified that the account # and the transit # on the check were for BOA and LS Management,also that the account was active. Didn't ask if there was money in the account. I had been searching all weekend and couldn't find anything online about any scams.
