Went into Company site via advert on Facebook. ''Purchased'' 2 pairs of Uggs and the received a very bland return e-mail with my Order No etc. It did not give any details like Expected Delivery Date etc..So went in next morning to find an e-mail from''Charlene'' who was representing mexico66shoes.com who were handling the monetary side for Uggsols.com...Got very suspicious so read on....I had to use the link in the e-mail to send further information before releasing goods....like a copy of our Credit Card statement showing our name address, card details etc with the order and payment on to show that it had come from us.....They also wanted to verify who we were by asking for us to send things like either a Bank Statement, Passport, ID card etc etc....OK..time to stop this ASAP I thought. My bank have been very unhelpful, couldn't cancel the payment and have to wait 30 days to get money back.....But have blocked/cancelled my card. Very annoyed with Facebook and have contacted them to see why they don't scrutinise Companies who use their site. I like others thought that if they used Facebook they must be safe! NOT
