- Sam the Pharmacy Supervisor has now changed his name to Mark and he is at 732-703-9871. When I left him a message telling him I was going to the authorities, he changed his phone which was 716-381-4599. Ironically there is a Mark S. Muoio that comes back to the phone number and that person lives at 71 Hampton Way, Penfield NY. There was also a phone number of 585-381-4599 which is not in service but coincidently has the area code different than the original phone of 716-381-4599. I didn't not order anything pharmaceuticals. I do have to have my arthritis medicine shipped by Fedex from CVS Caremark pharmacy and I thought that this was their shipping department calling me. Stupid me. Can't someone go after the people picking up the money. According to Western Union, you have to show identification. Also, you can trace the phone numbers like I did just by using the internet.
