I got a $200 dollar loan from 123wages.com in 12/2011 and they have charged my checking account $82(high for just $200) bi-weekly since then up until this complaint. I notified them that I was no longer working and received unemployment and asked then is there some kind of payment plan I could do. They told me that they do not do payment plans and that they will take the money out of my account whether or not I have enough available funds in my account and its up to me to make sure there's money to cover it in my account regardless of my situation. I found this weird because I've dealt with another payday loan company and they were more than happy to do a payment plan and very sympathetic to my loss of employment situation. I tried today 2/26/2013 to pay the balance off and I am unable to reach anyone nor can I find their website. I feel that I have been ripped off and shouldn't owe them anything. I feel like I should get some of my money back and they only keep what I originally owed them.
