Hired Nationwide to do a home loan modification, they told me no problem had to pay money upfront to start modification it took almost 1 year and still no modification told the company my house was being foreclosed they had no idea that the loan was sold to another company needless to say lost my house, this company is fraud...talked to at least 7 people throughout the process all said the same thing give them more money and they could keep me in my house...The president of company Tanya Maxwell will lie to your face I have called and emailed her several times she does not respond, asked for my money back she says it will take 90 days for response and maybe i will get money back that was oct of 2012 it is now ALMOST March 2013 and still no one contacts me.
