I ordered a turtle nightlight from Kijiji daily deals, and the voucher advised that it would automatically be shipped to my address in 4-6 weeks. I waited 7 weeks and then contacted them requesting information. I was told that the item was shipped Jan 7, later than expected and to allow 4-6 weeks from this date. When the item still did not arrive, I again e-mail the customer service department to inquire. I was told the item would arrive that week. Unfortunately this was not the case. I have seen sent two more e-mails which have gone unanswered. I intend on contacting my visa company and have the purchase reversed as it is clear I am not going to receive my item. I will NEVER use Kijiji deals again. DO NOT BUY from KIJIJI DAILY DEALS! they are scammers, and careless about your satisfaction.
