I've ordered supplements front them in the past and never guessed that the attempts to take large sums of money from my checking account was due to them. I finally began to use different pre-paid cards for three separate companies I do business with online. I was able to trace it to Biogenisis Anti-aging. I used another card with them - same thing, then I wrote tot hem to tell them that they had a breach in their credit card security -- never heard a word back. Sent them a 2nd and 3rd notice -- nothing. I Googled them with the word "scam" and found similar complaints from others who had lost substantial amounts of money from their accounts. Luckily mine were small amounts. I will never do business with them again.
