I called the company and man named "James Lewis" immediately took my information after briefly explaining how the company worked. After giving him my information, he stated that in order to proceed with funding, the cost would be $249 for the underwriters to put together a package for the investors and he needed my credit score. He told me that my card would not be charged until they had my credit score. I made sure to reiterate that I did not want my card charged and he agreed. I gave him my Social Security number and in return, he sent a link to my email so I could get the score and in return send it to him.

I was told again that my card would not be charged until I got the credit information back to him. I took one look at the site to which the link sent me and it didn't look right and of course I did not enter in any information on the site.

Later the next day, I received an email stating, "It was a pleasure speaking with you today and we look forward to working with you. My contact information is listed below, give me a call when you are ready so we can get to work for you. Obviously the sooner we get started the sooner funding will be accomplished. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards,

This email altogether was fishy because I had spoken with him the night before and upon checking my bank account, I noticed that my card had been charged. I immediately contacted James and explained that I had not given permission to charge my card and wanted my money refunded. After a long pause, he said that I said it was okay and I explained to him that I said no such thing. All the while I was speaking in a nice tone. He then stated that the underwriters were well into the approval process of getting my funding. I asked how so, when I hadn't given any credit information, and he stated that they could complete the process and get the score last.

I then explained that I wanted to just get my money back and after another long pause, he stated that "they" would refund it. I inquired about, "they" and he stated the "they" were the underwriters. I began to speak and then he just hung up. The next day, i received a phone call from the secretary, "Katara" about getting my credit information to her so the process could get underway and of course I had to explain to her my prior conversation.

This company was founded by a Nathan Jorgansan who looks suspicious in his Youtube plug about the company on their website. His Twitter is highly unprofessional filled with curse words and links to, "How to get a girl to". Supposedly he is married and I suspect that this character and James are the same person and Katara is the wife.
