I have tried for 3 hours to cancel an order placed by phone during a commercial on 2-24 for Camishaper. I was charged 74.00+ and tried to cancel this and they refused because it had already shipped. I was told 3-5 weeks to ship and now they have charged my debit card. Noone will allow me to speak to a manager.It is impossible to reach anyone to help. How can something ship if the TV commercial says 3-5- weeks. I can see how this is a scam. The operator customer service ID number 640 and ID 641 mp names were given. They will not give the name what company they work for as they say it is a call center. Of course they are not hired by Genie. They will not credit my debit card until they receive the return shipment. There is no gaurantee my money will be refunded. What a nightnmare. I really need some help and there is noone. Very suspicious...
