International boundaries
They use your own personal email address as the "From" address to send job solicitations. Thus you can't block the emails because they are arriving as if coming from your own email address. The "From" and "To" addresses are the same -- mine!
I tried to go to the InUSAJobs.com URL, but my malware software blocked me from going to it. How do we get these bogus emails to stop?
