I opened an account with this comany and tried to deposit money 3 times to transfer funds into LockPoker.
It would not go through so I decided to delete the card, which it would not allow me to do. A notification just kept popping up that the "card has prepay." Also, there is nowhere to delete the account.
So, I contacted online help... where you chat with someone. Here's how the conversation went:

00:36:55 Eric: Hello, how may I help you?
00:37:50 joy: The card I have registered with ECMC will not work and it will not allow me to delete it. Also, I do not see anywhere that I can delete my account.
00:38:14 Eric: just leave it 3 months and it will disappear
00:39:11 joy: No, it won't.... that account has been sitting formore than 4 months and i just logged back in today
00:40:32 Eric: my supervisor told me this
00:40:55 Eric: I'm afraid i could not offer any help
00:41:08 joy: Then get me your supervisor
00:41:33 joy: or a phone number to call
00:41:57 joy: I want the card and the account deleted
00:44:20 joy: hello?? can you give me that?
00:46:50 joy: i didn't think so... i'm reporting this to every website i can... including the ones you supposedly service
- Seeking Resolution: Other
- Either change of business practice or, better yet, shutdown of the operation and arrest of the individuals running this scam due to the fact that they have taken money from people.
