I received a phone call from Clark Matthews with Instant Lending Group, and he said I was eligible for $1500.00 but I asked for $500.00 for bills. He also said I would receive a $2500.00 USA Platinum shopping card for a one time fee of $99.00. I informed him that I did not want the shopping card and he hung up the phone. I will call my bank on Monday morning and warn them not to let them take anything from my account. This is rediculous.
