The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity

The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity

The company or person contact no longer exists

Disabled senior, thought I could get some nice things for those that had been nice to me for the holidays for cheap.

Well, took about 2 weeks until I figured out that they lure you in with one or two bargains, but then you actually end up paying 2-6x what the item is worth.

They also use non-human entities to bid against you, and this is nothing more than gambling whereby you buy some bids, spin the wheel, and take a long shot that you win something!

All of this is documented with audio/visual material as well as others, and there is pending litigation against them, with a class-action soon.

So, anyone who has had similar experience(s) and lost money, whether you have won something or not, contact immediately IF you wish to participate and/or have additional evidence and/or former employee that wishes to "whistleblow".
