Moved here last September. Saw an ad if I signed up for Bright house cable I'd get the first month free. I called and go it installed. Due to memory issues I couldn't find the coupon right away but did mention I had it. I called and then brought the coupon down to the office. They copied it and said it was OK. I never got a free month. I called & e-mailed the company. First they told me I failed to mention the ad and when I told them I did they said it wasn't a real coupon. I wrote down exactly what the coupon stated and they denied the claim.
