I used a service from CA (now totaldefense)which included their iogy service in 2012. It was terrible experience, they "experts" crushed my computer, I uninstalled their software, and cancelled service. I was promised refund which never happened. This year I received a renewal notice from them for 169.99. The attempt to cancel through their web page did not work because they required activation code i did not have. I called the number and after 30 min a rep tell me not to worry, that my service is cancelled, all is taken care off and I should ignore email. My card was nevertheless charged. Phone number in totaldefense email was disconnected. I tried to call totaldefense number and was promised cancellation and refund, but no confirmation number or the name of the rep was provided.
