I ordered the Mary Tyler Moore Series, complte set, on December 30, 2012, for $85.00 USD. On Jan 28 I had not yet received the package. I contacted DVD Tiger and Kevin Williams responded that the package had been sent and should be recieved shortly.
Two further email inquiries in mid-Feb failed to deliver. There is no address or phone number on the site.
I've learned my lesson to research companies before ordering on the Internet. This is the first time I've been burned, but will be more caucious in future!
