This Company took out these funds after I checked off the box that I did not want the service. They took the money anyway on 2/4/13. I called them 2/6/13 and requested a fund and they give me a cancelation number of 512411. I called them today 2/21/13 and they claimed to have replaced the money into my account and as of today 2/21/13 it is not there. They phoned me for a free quote for $1.00 then they waited a few months and went back into my account and took out money without my permission.Please help return my money I am on a fixed income. Thank you.
