i ordered a skincare product off advert shown on facebook paying only postage of 2.49.I never received it. 2 weeks later 84.99 was charged to my credit card i phoned mastercard who said they would investigate it and no further payments would go out of my account 3 days later 94.99 went on my credit card mastercard said it takes3 days to process my complaint so the firm had put another amount in.I still havnt received any products or paper work.
