I placed an order with the above company and then saw the negative feedback therefore cancelled an order placed on 02/18/2013.
I called the customer service line and talked to gil (female) @ 9:15 am - feb 19th 2013 at 1-888-777-1342 advised gil to cancel order and not to ship product. She advsd that the product is in the shipping queue and that it cannot be stopped.I asked to speak to a supervisor and was informed she was the highest person on the floor I asked to speak to her boss said she is the boss and no1 higher.
Gil then offered to send order and reduce cost of order to 39.00. Said to Gil not interested and not to send order or charge my acct.
Gil then tried to offer to continue to ship order for price of 9.99 again advised not interested, don't want product

I recalled this company again after the conversation with Gil above to see if some1 else would answer and talked to Michelle - 02/19/2013.I asked to speak to a supervisor, Michelle said she was the highest person on the floor - no1 is higher, asked for her supervisor said this person's name was " french" he doesn't take any calls and he's not there. Michelle and Gil contradicted themselves as now a 3rd name has been provided as their boss.
Asked how to reach him, Michelle said he doesn't take calls and he doesn't have a contact number

I have advised that if charges are incurred to my act additional escalation will be warranted.

I have my confirmation email/receipt for my cancellation of 0218 but temp charge has gone through as of 02/19

I received an email after the 2nd conversation confirming that the charge to my account has been refunded but will continue to monitor.

This definitely is a scam. Do not order any items from this company or web page
