Ross Store In Southland Mall In Hayward, California

I am a regular custumer at Ross store(Half of the things I own are from Ross)and I barely return anything.
On evening Feb 14th I made a purchase at San Francisco Ross store. I bought few pair of shoes, however the next day I decided to return one of them ( 400085058406 n47414y tan faux n for thirteen ninty nine). I went to Hayward location because is right next to my gym. That african girl was very impolite,or lets say RUDE. She did not welcome me, was slow etc. I gave her my pair of shoes and receipt.She looked at that and told me that those are not the shoes. I told her to check the number on the receipt and the one on the shoes(which match),but she looked at me like I was stupid,made few facec and said ,well I know what I am doing and maybe those are the same shoes ,but let me see.......Than she was checking the shoes outside and inside and told me that i wear them. I said I did not wear them and they are clean,with tag and I bought them last night. Than she told me to go and return them in the city and she just called next custumer. That's really,really unprofessional. I am very upset ,not because of the money ,but of the way I 've been treated and accused of lying. I don't understand how can you keep employees like that? I did not have a chance to get her name,but you can check in your system who was working at 6pm in Southland mall,Hayward,CA.She was the only african woman that time with medium lengh hair . I think she was a rasist,because most of the african american people in Hayward hate others.It's sad but it's true. I hope you will do something about that and reward it.
