Their operation is as already described. They appear to only take my price from my debit card, but they had a number of details for entry to my machines so they sound genuine. So far they have acted as though they were putting in genuine fixes. They were able to access my machines but only after they had me type in the appropriate commands to allow them access. As far as I know they are acting correctly but I will wipe my machine with my factory settings if I suspect anything.
