I cannot cancel this company and they have not kept promises. I've been trying over several months to cancel because I don't want to keep paying them. But, They're still taking my money. How can I cancel??

- You cannot cancel. They will not accept written or verbal cancellation requests. The only thing I could do was to cancel my credit card and have the bank issue another one. Royal pain in the you-know-what, but it was the only way to address fraud. My bank is investigating with this group through their Fraud department.
